Yoga Classes

Join Emily for in-person offerings at studios she teaches at weekly. You can expect a variety of alignment-based power postures, rhythmic vinyasa, restorative postures, elemental & seasonal awareness, breath-work and meditation. All-levels are welcome. 

Weekly Studio Classes

  • Enliven your practice with Power Flow. Combine strong, powerful holds with the pranifying flow of vinyasa (moving breath-to-movement,) that is steady and rhythmic. Expect a variety of postures with playful and intentional transitions. Relax your mind with focused breath-work and moving meditiation. Experience a well-rounded and balanced practice, unifying body, mind, spirit and community. Sequences will be progressive, week over week so you can feel the progress with repetition and new access points. Class experience supported by theme and music that match the time of day and environmental season. Leave feeling refreshed, motivated and at ease. All-levels welcome.

  • Elevate your state, achieve clarity of your mind, melt tension in your body and center your energy as you explore balance of effort and ease. This practice includes alignment based holds, rhythmic flows, deep stretch, and breath-work. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

    This class will is designed to align you with the appropriate level of intensity, flow and rest, according to season and time of day. You can expect a variety of alignment-based power postures, rhythmic vinyasa, restorative postures, elemental & seasonal awareness, breath-work and meditation. Props are encouraged and class is taught in layers. All-levels are welcome.
